Calli has been studying productivity and motivation for years ever since she struggled with productivity as a business owner and was surprised to learn she could actually get more work done by working less if she just worked right

 

You’ll learn all about the pomodoro method, something called the Ultradian rhythm, and some of the most productive ways to take a break during your work day like meditation, breathwork and just a good, old nap.
