The Tampa Bay Rays can't get past the Chicago Cubs, losing 6-4. It started great for the Rays. Christopher Morel hit a 3 run homer in the 1st inning to give the Rays a 3-0 lead. But the Cubs would jump on starter Shane Baz in a hurry. By the 3rd inning the Rays trailed 5-3 and Baz was only able to go 2.1 IP giving up 5 runs. The Rays were able to get it to 5-4 after a Nick Fortes RBI single. But that was as close as the Rays would get. The Cubs would add a run in the bottom of the 4th and that would be the last score of the game.
