Last week there was a trend going round on instagram stories where you uploaded a photo from 5 years ago (sorry, how was 2021 5 YEARS ago!?)
I scrolled through my camera roll to find that this was the year I did a couple of photoshoots. The pictures I had saved ranged from lingerie to smiley pictures of me in a shirt, and I remember really enjoying these shoots.
I think photoshoots can be a great personal experience. I've loved them and I have absolutely no issues with anyone else who does them.
However, using heavily physique focused shots or lingerie pictures to market coaching is what doesn't sit well with me personally. Even though I love the way that I look, probably more than I ever have done before.
In today's podcast I discuss that, explaining why this is my stance and discussing the changes that I'd personally love to see in the fitness industry.
I'd love to hear your thoughts on this if you'd feel comfortable sharing them with me!
