In today's episode of The Female Fitness Podcast I give you an insight into what coaching looks like with me, using a client case study as an example.


This client came to me wanting to improve her confidence in the gym and become consistent with her training and nutrition in order to improve her health, performance, build muscle tissue, and make progress with fat loss.


I discuss the individualised approach I took and how I helped her make significant progress with every goal she set out to achieve without tracking macros, harming her body image, or causing any relationship with food issues.


I hope this gives you an insight into how you might effectively achieve your goals whilst improving your health and quality of life if you're on your own health and fitness journey.


And if you're a coach, hopefully this gives you some food for thought when it comes to some alternative methods you could use to support your clients that aren't common practice - but result in better outcomes than your typical coaching service.
