Every so often people reach out to me and request that I cover a particular topic, relative to our favorite subjects on this podcast. So today we are going to take a deep dive into some of those topics that were requested by some of your fellow TRLR listeners. The first topic is red light therapy (RLT) for tendinopathy (i.e. pain from overuse in tendons), where I discuss the mechanisms of how RLT has the potential to help heal this type of an injury, review the most relevant research and then provide some practical application for what a real treatment would look like with a RLT devce. The second topic is how to apply The Mitochondrial Triad for fertility. I first examine the role that mitochondrial dysfunction plays in facilitating low fertility rates and then scrutinize how/why RLT, methylene blue and C60 may have efficacious, profound potential for improving and optimizing fertility — both from the female and male perspective. I also offer some practical application for each aspect of The Mitochondrial for women and men. If you found the information in today's episode particularly interesting and/or compelling, please share it with a family member, friend, colleague and/or anyone that you think could benefit and be illuminated by this knowledge. Sharing is caring :)As always, light up your health!
