More offers, more marketing channels, more services, more systems, and more ways of working with clients can easily become the default version of growth.Simplifying your business requires knowing what actually makes money, what you genuinely want more of, and which parts of the business are simply creating work. A simpler business model can still support ambitious revenue goals, a team, multiple income streams, and meaningful growth. Creating content used to take me significantly more time than it does now. And somehow, I was creating less of it. The biggest change wasn’t finding the perfect productivity system. It was spending months experimenting with my personal brand, content strategy, talking head videos, carousels, editing, and the ideas I actually wanted to become known for.Now content fits inside five hour workdays without becoming another full time job. Ideas get captured when they happen, writing fits naturally between other work, recording happens every few weeks, and production stays intentionally simple.
