Creating content used to take me significantly more time than it does now. And somehow, I was creating less of it. The biggest change wasn’t finding the perfect productivity system. It was spending months experimenting with my personal brand, content strategy, talking head videos, carousels, editing, and the ideas I actually wanted to become known for.Now content fits inside five hour workdays without becoming another full time job. Ideas get captured when they happen, writing fits naturally between other work, recording happens every few weeks, and production stays intentionally simple.
