Does feeling calm increase productivity?

What we do know is that when we’re not feeling calm we worry, get distracted, can feel anxious, feel overwhelmed and irritable. We basically hit a panic zone and that’s where our performance drops along with our productivity.

This episode is for you if:

  • You dread the amount of tasks to do and therefore can’t seem to start anything.
  • Think about all the 'What if’s' that could go wrong ("What if I can't finish this?" "What if I fail?")
  • Start and forget to finish tasks
  • Go down negative spirals of feeling stupid, incapable - basically beat yourself up for not being able to keep productive or get things done

In this episode I’m exploring how we can feel calmer with productivity methods that have proven to work time and time again.
