In this meditation we learn how to become aware of these “stories” and ways of thinking, rewrite the story line and flip the script!

With the new moon energy allow yourself to release, allow your breath to flow through you. Allow it to control and cleanse. Make space.

You are your friend, your confidant. You truly are never alone. Learn to accept your emotions. Learn to accept your feelings and let yourself be ok with simply sitting alongside them. They will pass I promise, suppressing them only does more harm.

Learning to detach from self created stories that are surrounding our emotions. Gaining our control back and creating space within.

We all have that inner warrior inside of us. The strength, courage and fire that sometimes seems unreachable is always there. We need to call on her and awaken her drum.

Moving from unsettled to open awareness. Embracing change and learning to live by love and kindness. Allowing the flow of change to wash over our emotions.
