Year End-Start Honoring & Receiving Ritual: Feel Your Invisible Impact, Growth & Progress (rebroadcast)

Hello Dear Wise Co Creators! I'm dropping in here as we cross the threshold of the completion of one linear calendar year and the start of the next with a ritual that never tires, and is like super food for our hearts, minds and spirits ... it's all about honoring and receiving from what you have already done, and using that energy to replenish yourself, so you can create from momentum as we rise up into a new year cycle vs. hit the ground running. I originally created this ritual episode in 2024, but I tuned in to it again today and I was like, must share this with all of you.! And invite you to take a walk with it, or journal with it, or just meditate, cook, sit whatever with it. This year more than ever, we need it. ENJOY!  Here's a little about the power of Honor: The energy and act of "Honoring" is one of the most powerful things we have access to, but that we often under use. Honoring is a form a love. It melts away the heavy feels, the judgements of not enough, the pressure to do more. It turns struggle into comfort and possibility.  We think of honor as something someone else has to give to us - when in reality we have the power to bestow honor upon ourselves, in a healthy way, with humility and dignity.  I invoke the super power of honor & this ritual every year at this time because:  I continue to see the power it has to open our hearts, lighten us up, fill us up and give us a way to start the next cycle radiant & clear, roooted in our enoughness. Doing this ritual at the year end start threshold really supports us to see and feel and VALUE the invisible things we've done PLUS see and acknowledge others in our lives for the invisible and important ways they show up. Tune into this Year's December Downshift & Uplift Episode. A yearly practice we always do, but that varies year by year based on the energy and focus we need. So you start depleted vs. ready to receive.  It's a wiser to move through the gears one by one, over the course of weeks, so you can: savor your connections, deeply replenish, and receive from all you have created this past cycle. Making choices that support you to be healthy, clear and ready to receive inspiration, insight and clarity for focusing and co-creating next year. This year ... I tuned into for what was needed this December Downshift and realized we would also benefit with a Consciousness Uplift too. So we can really replenish our light + shake off the stress + see the progress and difference our effort and care has made + work with the inner "heart alchemy" already happening within us, including releasing inner patterns and past experiences that it's time to heal, let go and rise stronger and more compassionate from. Our exploration today is framed around the 4 themes below. Wise beings know how to use the natural cycles of the earth and universe to support us to grow our work, wealth and relationships, and to support our health, and keep us focused on what matters. I'm over the moon excited to be unveiling and sharing the 8 Feminine Leadership Archetypes with you in this 10th season as a way for 'how' we can move through these transformational times. These archetypes are a reflection of what happens when we bring feminine presence into leadership, and value it. They can help us to stay clear and centered + strong in playing our part + empowered to wisely create realities that are rooted in wholeness, sustainability, freedom, harmony, love, connection + possibility... even if the mainstream world is reflecting a different reality.  I developed the Feminine Leadership Archetype model and system in 2018, based on 15 years of in depth study in feminine archetypal energy that spans across cultures, the energy is planetary. These leadership archetypes describe feminine presence and power - which is often not valued, compensated or even acknowleged within the systems we work, live and operate in. Although it is the energy that often holds everything together. It's the invisible things people rely on us for. It's what creates environments and cultures that foster people's growth, creativity and connectivity.  The archetypes give us language, symbol, metaphor, image and a sense of the energy within us we can access and apply. Today we begin our 10th season and 10th year. This episode will get us all centered in our stake - focus and intention - of what we are creating and why. To root us firmly in our power to co-create new realities on this planet now, at this time. In the ways we are uniquely designed to do so ... in the ecosystems we have influence over (vs. trying to do it all or feeling like we don't have the power to do anything).  Our stakes for this season are: Re-Imaginging the way we and the world work, when the feminine leads.  (from the inside out)  Embracing the power, wisdom & influence of our personal leadership to co-create a better, brighter world for ourselves + those we touch + generations to come, through our voices, choices & presence within the "ecosystems" we live, lead and love.  We focus on what we can influence: Focusing on the ecosystems we have the power and influence within - ourselves, our 1:1 relationships, our smaller systems like our teams / families  --->> which then influences the larger organizations we work in, communities we participate and live in (local, social and global) ---> which then shifts and creates the culture, society and consciousness on the planet. We remember and embrace: All non-natural systems on the planet were created by humans which means we as humans (which you and I are) have the power to create realities, systems, ways of being, working, relating, living, succeeding, etc... that support all people and planet to thrive and prosper for now and for generations to come. Our 10th season is called: Fierce Grace, which is the simplest way I can express what balanced, whole leadership and embodied power looks and feels like. Fierce Grace is the integrated power and presence that lives within our human heart. When we can access this full range of power and presence, we embody an essence that can shift a room or situation just by our presence. We are a force for change and elevation, because we are deeply rooted in ourselves, our essence, our innate wisdom and our balance, rooted truth. We will use 4 of the 6 realms of Elevated Leadership to create a structure for us: presence power purpose personal sustainability I'll share with you the 8 Feminine Leadership Archetypes on the 8 'turns of the year' - solstices, equinoxes and the cross quarter points. We'll start with the archetype of the CREATRIX in our first full episode, #271. And then we'll see what else flows in along the way. My intention is that Feminine Power Time will continue to be an 'oasis' for illumination, liberation and elevation + a Field for co-creators like you ...a place to ...  Are you clearing your emotional and energetic fields - consistently? "Gooped" is my partner Noah and my term for what happens to us when we get emotionally, mentally, energetically, and physically weighed down, swirled up, affected by external forces. And how do I strengthen them. This year I was really feeling we could all use a boost of heart power to clear out the interference - swirling within us and around us - and break our consciousness & creativity free, so we can feel possibility as reality, so much so that it gives us momentum to fuel and focus us forward.   Consider this: We as humans are evolving. What's showing up as struggle in our reality, and through the inteference externally and internally, are catalysts we can use to heal, strengthen and elevate ourselves and the parts of world and reality we influence. Not by bypassing, but by fiercely standing in the power of the heart, together. Here's the 3 parts we'll explore and bring into your life now in practical ways to  Invisible nterference -  The unconcious stuff that keep us stuck in patterns and realities that we no longer desire or no longer serve. Imprints like the solo-solitude or scarcity trap. Internal inteference like constraints and conflict that bind us up vs open us up. When you see the interfernce, you can move beyond it, otherwise you just get "goobered" up and stuck in it (very technical term lol).  Imagine - What you are seeking is also seeking you. When you name it and speak it, from a deep place of self worth and empowerment it's like you are painting that reality through your radiance and passion into the world. I'll teach you a practice that invokes the power of Invitation & Radiant Magnetism. Design - It's not a magical manifestation trick, it's a co-creative path and practice we engage in actively to bring this into being. From the power of invitation to exploration to experimentation, it takes courage and clarity and conscious creation and creativity.
