Making the Astral and the Physical a Better Place

In my years of having out-of-body experiences I have participated in many what are often called 'astral rescues'. Some people when they die remain stuck in a sort of trauma loop and replay time after time what happened to them until another being can get through to them to help them out of their self-made world.......

The 'past' can seem real too..... astral projection and out-of-body experiences certainly make you think about the nature of reality.

Dreams and out-of-body experiences are inextricably linked, that's why it's important to write things down, as you can pick up on common themes, like my one of the pool in the garden.
