Brian Killick aids and abets the criminal Acts of the public Trustee, pleading ignorance of the Trustee Act of Ontario and enabling the continuous trespasses of the public Trustee.This Man should be in jail for he is responsible for setting precedence that allows the public Trustee to believe they are above the Law, as Brian Killick has 'nothing to say' about their Willful trespass upon a Trust Instrument.Criminal Breach of Trust in Canada is subject to fourteen years in jail, not taking into consideration 'aggravated circumstances'.Aggravated circumstances are determined by the degree and length of the crime and conspiracy, and the position of individuals involved relative to the crime.None of the crimes of the public Trustee would be possible if Brian Killick simply advised the public Trustee that no One is above the Law, and no One may use any code, statute or Act to cause harm to a Beneficiary.Common sense is in short supply in Canada.

Typically, the name of the JP is before their window on the Zoom call - not today!It is also worthy to note that I believe the ONLY Way public were able to attend would have been by Zoom or telephone because the Courthouse was completely empty except for Me, Vinicius, the JP, the clerk of the Court and a security dude who came and went (or at least out of view of camera). This might be one of the most educational trial hearings this corrupt Justice of the Peace has ever had...All parties abandon the Court and leave it completely empty with Me at the helm of the 'ship'. So I take advantage of not being muted by the Court clerk and state the facts for the official Court of Record. By the time they return, the case is already dismissed and they continue with their games so I advise I am leaving and do.Enjoy!

The LTB have been receiving documents that evidence serious violations of the Residential Tenancies Act, (the legislative Act governing Landlord/Tenant relations) in the province of Ontario.Some of the evidence includes theft of public money showing the not for profit landlord taking more funds from the public Trust than what they were authorized to take and what is required for the (housing) subsidy. They also fail to produce receipts for any of their tenants, yet Will attempt to evict a tenant for non payment of rent without any Notice they stopped receiving funding.The CBC just posted an article about the Auditor General finding city of Ottawa employees conspiring with not for profit landlords to put public money in their own pocket. Both city employees and the landlords were benefiting from the scheme, only Canada's (most marginalized) People lose out.Anyway, this is James W. After Clara Freier doubles down and threatens Me with additional economic harm for reporting her to City Councillor, Cathy Curry, We escalate Our complaint to the City of Ottawa's emergency line. 'the Complicit' Campbell abdicates his Oath to aid and abet corporate theft of public money by not for profit landlords and corrupt State Actors conspiring to inflate rent of government subsidized housing units to pocket the cash for themselves. Reporting a corrupt City of Ottawa Trustee and manager for the Ministry of Community and Social Services department of Ottawa to City Councillor Cathy Curry. Cathy Curry was recently featured in another CBC article exposing fraud and collusion between City of Ottawa employees and landlords that were involved in a 'Kickback Scheme', increasing rent up to 63% above market values and keeping it for their Self. That's theft of public money and Cathy Curry was reported to believe it may just be the tip of the iceberg. The manager of the City of Ottawa employees involved in the scheme is Clara Freier who said she was 'absolutely horrified' to hear of the ordeal. This is the same Clara Freier that believes the Trustee Act of Ontario and Canada's Criminal Code are not binding upon her. BONUS EPISODE!!! Call to Cathy Curry, City Councillor So I am reporting to Cathy Curry that My landlord, a not for profit organization known as Multifaith Housing Initiative was skimming an extra $60 month above the actual rent. The contract that allowed for the theft of that public money was Signed at the Ontario Works office. I believe Clara Freier is in fact the primary conductor and orchestrator of the fraud and skimming from the public Trust account.
