Cathy Curry was recently featured in another CBC article exposing fraud and collusion between City of Ottawa employees and landlords that were involved in a 'Kickback Scheme', increasing rent up to 63% above market values and keeping it for their Self. That's theft of public money and Cathy Curry was reported to believe it may just be the tip of the iceberg. The manager of the City of Ottawa employees involved in the scheme is Clara Freier who said she was 'absolutely horrified' to hear of the ordeal.
