People can mistreat us and we can get hurt but unfortunately we are the only person that can resolve these issues for ourselves. Sometimes we may find ourselves in a rut, feeling unmotivated or miserable but yet make no attempt to feel better. Sometimes we have to realise when enough is enough, don't be a victim to your emotions or to the bad things that happen. Life can be cruel and unfair at times but we are the only one responsible for how we deal with it. Make the effort to improve your current situation and be proactive about being happy.
