In this week's episode we talk about learning how to respond rather than react to a situation. Often we can find ourselves reacting in the moment to a situation and when we do this we can often come to regret the way we have acted based on emotions. Although it is not always possible it will help you so much if you learn how to take the time to process a situation and consider what the best way is to respond. Many arguments escalate and don't lead to a resolution as easily and calmly as they should because we are acting off emotions, when we take the time to respond in a healthy way we will find that problems are solved a lot easier and in a less harmful way.
