Over more than 20 years, she transitioned from a career in nursing to becoming a Trauma-Informed Functional Health Coach. Today, she empowers women to heal their mind, body, and spirit through the mind-body connection, somatic work, nervous system regulation, lab testing, lifestyle changes, and nutrition. She firmly believes that healing is always possible.
