When it’s hard to feel the tough shit…  In today's episode, I want to dive into what it looks like to feel and process emotions.  Which is kind of the perfect follow up to last week’s episode.  Because it’s one thing to be able to make powerful decisions in life even when you know it may make people uncomfortable or upset. But it’s another thing to make decisions and then allow for the resulting emotions not just pretend they’re not there. It’s a two part process really.  You work up the courage to be bold and brave.  You take the difficult action to make a hard decision knowing that it may make others feel some type of way.  You witness their discomfort and negative emotions and are on the receiving end of their thoughts and opinions.  And then at the end of the day, it's just you and your brain.  When you finally take the action or speak your mind or hold space for yourself. It’s almost an adrenaline rush. But afterwards, the difficult decisions often come with difficult internal emotions.  So in this episode, I want to walk you through what I teach my clients when they’re navigating difficult emotions or situations.  I’m covering:  How to recognize and name the emotions coming  Allow for them to be there without shaming yourself  Feel them all the way through  And then move past them using curiosity  It’s profoundly simple but it will impact your entire life and allow you to move through difficult emotions faster if you practice it. Today is the last week of the three part series of the crucial pieces to success, and it's all about strategy and marrying the other two pieces together for the ultimate trifecta for your results. I'm sharing two important parts of implementing strategy into your business and why it's necessary to have both aspects included. And I'm also sharing about a process that often gets overlooked and why a lot of the time, the entrepreneurial journey feels so hard and lonely and emotionally exhausting. The key is a combination of taking action and intentional mind-management that create alignment, authenticity, and "hell yes" moments in your business. You need all three pieces - vision, resilience, and strategy -  to work together and continuously be influencing each other to get where you want to go. And when you are intentionally creating awareness and management in these areas your results start shifting. You officially take the driver’s seat instead of feeling helpless in the passenger seat. Which means you are in control of getting where you want to be and how it feels while you’re doing it. It feels like picking the songs on the radio, being in charge of the temperature in the car, choosing the speed that you’re driving at. You are in total control over your journey. Which sounds way better than just hopping in some random passenger seat and hoping you’ll eventually get to where you want to go, right?!
