When it’s hard to feel the tough shit…

In today's episode, I want to dive into what it looks like to feel and process emotions.

Which is kind of the perfect follow up to last week’s episode.

Because it’s one thing to be able to make powerful decisions in life even when you know it may make people uncomfortable or upset. But it’s another thing to make decisions and then allow for the resulting emotions not just pretend they’re not there. It’s a two part process really.

You work up the courage to be bold and brave.

You take the difficult action to make a hard decision knowing that it may make others feel some type of way.

You witness their discomfort and negative emotions and are on the receiving end of their thoughts and opinions.

And then at the end of the day, it's just you and your brain.

When you finally take the action or speak your mind or hold space for yourself. It’s almost an adrenaline rush. But afterwards, the difficult decisions often come with difficult internal emotions.

So in this episode, I want to walk you through what I teach my clients when they’re navigating difficult emotions or situations.

I’m covering:

  • How to recognize and name the emotions coming
  • Allow for them to be there without shaming yourself
  • Feel them all the way through
  • And then move past them using curiosity


It’s profoundly simple but it will impact your entire life and allow you to move through difficult emotions faster if you practice it.
