Time, Intuition and Passion: Working with the Energies of Loss with Shamanic Practice

Hello Everyone, Thanks for listening, liking and sharing. Today we do a little Toltec breathwork touching on our chakras: Tecpatl, crown and flint, Xochilt, heart and enlightenment, Pantli, flag, abdomen and expression of personal gifts, and Colotl, scorpion and ancestors.  We talked about the grief and loss we experience during times of change and chaos. Eclipse season, and Day of the Dead is upon us and so many of us may be experiencing some sort of loss. Even if it's the loss of an old way of being or habit. We are being asked to shed and grow. Some people call this leveling up. However life is about change. The way we can heal throughout this change is by our practices of self-care, ie. breathwork (and shamansim haha). We pulled a card from the Tarot and spoke a little bit about Saturn turning direct at 0 degrees Pisces. Thank you all for your love and support over the years. Welcome Back! Today we discuss healing trauma in the body. Allowing your emotions to flow. Using the breath as a tool to train the mind. Working with the chakras or Tonalcayos in the energy body.  We move from the bottom chakra up to the crown chakra. Then back down again.  This is a highly transformative practice if you do it everyday. You can do it 2, 4, 7 or 13 times a day. I recommend to sit or lay in the sun. Hello! In today's episode we discuss how to use compassion to heal our emotions and relationships. How to heal our emotions ourselves using the divine feminine and masculine, or the duality of the divine inside each one of us.  Trauma is a real part of life. Sometimes we have to give death to a toxic relationship or pattern. This death can be painful or trigger a trauma from our past.  Healing comes from the heart. In our heart is where we find the universal compassion which is both the divine feminine and masculine.  We end with a short meditation bringing awareness to our heart. Today's episode discusses the book, "The Shaman's Body" and reads the final pages of "The Wheel of Time."  Our fascia is the connective tissue running through the entire body. It sends water to joints, muscles, nerves and cell walls. In today's episode we practice the Blood Serpent meditation from ancient Mexico. We focus on the fascia in and around the muscles of the heart. We cleanse the liver of anger, kidneys of guilt, the stomach of life traumas, the lungs of sadness.  Then we focus on extending, releasing and making conscious the fascia on our Deep Front Line.
