Welcome Back!
Today we discuss healing trauma in the body. Allowing your emotions to flow. Using the breath as a tool to train the mind. Working with the chakras or Tonalcayos in the energy body.
We move from the bottom chakra up to the crown chakra. Then back down again.
This is a highly transformative practice if you do it everyday. You can do it 2, 4, 7 or 13 times a day. I recommend to sit or lay in the sun.
