In today's episode, I interviewed Madison Furgiuele. Maddy is currently in her master's in counselling psychology, studying to be a psychotherapist. Maddy talks about her diagnosis of OCD with a focus on obsessions and compulsions revolving around the topic of being a good person and perfectionism. She shares childhood experiences leading up to her diagnosis and the benefits of ERP therapy. Listen today to gain valuable insight into her lived experience as she completes her master's!
