In today's episode, I interviewed Madison Furgiuele. Maddy is currently in her master's in counselling psychology, studying to be a psychotherapist. Maddy talks about her diagnosis of OCD with a focus on obsessions and compulsions revolving around the topic of being a good person and perfectionism. In today's podcast, I had the pleasure of interviewing Juliet Gustafson, OCD & BFRB therapist on all things OCD! As a Michigan-based therapist, Juliet talks about her own experience with OCD. Today's episode I interview Allyson Ford @bodyjustice.therapist on all things eating disorders!  Allyson is a therapist in CA specializing in eating disorders and OCD. In today's episode she explains in depth some common eating disorders, what the differences between them are, and some factors that contribute to developing one. In addition, Allyson teaches about ERP therapy and the correlation between OCD and eating disorders!
