A drone was shot down in Lithuania by a NATO jet. It is unknown from where the drone was launched, but it's the latest in a series of incursions and sabotage attacks across Europe. As Russia presses its war in Ukraine, it is also now confronting NATO. The EPA announced it is repealing rules limiting greenhouse gas emissions from coal and gas-fired power plants.
