A drone was shot down in Lithuania by a NATO jet. It is unknown from where the drone was launched, but it's the latest in a series of incursions and sabotage attacks across Europe. The EPA announced it is repealing rules limiting greenhouse gas emissions from coal and gas-fired power plants.
