Inner Child Work Procrastination letting go of Control

In this episode I talk about two times of great loneliness in my life, both times where I learned loneliness is better than the wrong company. I also find myself pushed into taking control of my own mental health in order to get myself through a challenging situation.

We all have behaviours we use to self sooth, for some it’s shopping or sex, alcohol or drugs. Self soothing behaviours that don’t really sooth at all. Here, a friend calls me out on mine.

The onset of Hashimotos, and my plan to regain my strength and confidence is to go solo (with my dog) travelling around Europe in an old van.  ! leave the Island on my biggest challenge to date and learn some tough but necessary lessons along the way.
