Overall health is very important to being a professional or entrepreneur. Most social media personalities or 'Influencers' maintain topnotch health. If you are scared of the doctor I highly suggest you make a commitment to go get yourself checked out and work on any issue you may have with your health that could be affecting your performance in other aspects of your life. If our health and sleep are not on point - neither will our dreams and aspirations. 

This is the welcome back episode to the Traveling Content Creator Podcast! In this episode I outline my goals and expectations for what I want after a long hiatus from content creation and reflection on what has worked and what hasn't worked over time for me.
