Is it better to have different niches of content on the same channel or have different channels for each niche?

The age long question for people who can't figure out what they want to do.. Is it better to have different niches of content all on one single channel? Or is it better to have different channels for each category? This is the welcome back episode to the Traveling Content Creator Podcast!
