Only the Best, No Excess

Welcome to Only the Best, No Excess. My name is Ariel Niu, and this is an expansion of my podcast under a new name — where we explore what’s truly best for you and I, while eliminating all unnecessary efforts, energy, interactions, and tension.   I've spent the past two years going through intense personal experiences, and they've evolved the way I approach just about everything: my self-care, appearance, home, relationships, self-expression, communication, and even how I create content.   So I’m widening the lens of my podcast — from the topics you're already familiar with me on self-expression and social dynamics...to lifestyle, home, wellness...to even more expanded topics on consciousness, AI, spirituality, technology, and more...basically how we move through our entire human experience...all under one theme: only the best, no excess.   In this short introduction, I share why I'm making this shift, what's ahead, and why the process matters just as much as the results.   Next up: The full story of what happened to me over the past two years, and what it's taught me about choosing and receiving the best.   No force, no fear — but make it clear. Only the best, no excess. 🎙️   MORE: Eye-Level Magnetism Playbook - https://arielniuviews.bio/shop/MagnetismPlaybook 1:1 Coaching with Ariel - https://arielniuviews.bio/shop/EnergyCoachingwithArielNiu Website - https://arielniuviews.bio Sign up for Ariel's Emails - https://arielniuviews.bio/email mediVibe playlist - https://spoti.fi/3Teaxtp Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/niu.views TikTok - https://www.tiktok.com/@niu.views Inquiries/Partnerships/Media - [email protected]    ABOUT: My name is Ariel Niu.   Real social confidence isn't about memorizing scripts — it's about mastering your energy. Get the Eye-Level Magnetism Playbook - https://arielniuviews.bio/shop/MagnetismPlaybook  In this episode, I share my own self-expression struggles and whether I'm neurodivergent, how my family history and lack of emotional regulation shaped the way I communicate, and what years of studying social experiences taught me about human connections. No matter who or what you are, the deeper practice is the same: understand your true self, regulate your inner state, and learn to stay eye-level with others and yourself from the inside out. Because the best conversations flow when you are conscious and clear, with no force, no fear.   0:00 — My Social & Self-Expression Struggles 0:51 — Am I on the Spectrum? 3:22 — Dissecting Social Patterns 5:32 — Genetics vs Emotional Regulation 7:23 — Answer: No Force, No Fear 9:14 — Why Energy is True 10:30 — How Conversations Actually Flow 11:49 — How to 'Master' Social Confidence 14:01 — Eye-Level Magnetism   MORE: Eye-Level Magnetism Playbook - https://arielniuviews.bio/shop/MagnetismPlaybook 1:1 Coaching with Ariel - https://arielniuviews.bio/shop/EnergyCoachingwithArielNiu Website - https://arielniuviews.bio Sign up for Ariel's Emails - https://arielniuviews.bio/email mediVibe playlist - https://spoti.fi/3Teaxtp Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/niu.views TikTok - https://www.tiktok.com/@niu.views YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/@ArielNiuViews  Inquiries/Partnerships/Media - [email protected]   ABOUT: My name is Ariel Niu.
