How often do you think about your pelvic floor - in fact, do you know what constructs your pelvic floor and why it matters? Dr. Sara Reardon is a physical therapist who specializes in pelvic floor support, and while she supports all humans, her specialty is in women's health as she is widely known as "the vagina whisperer".

All of the muscles from your belly button to your perineum (or taint) is a basket of muscles called the pelvic floor that, especially for women, become a paradigm focus as we age - did you know that it matters how you pee? How you poop? Do you pay attention when there is pain during sex or more, are you experiencing prolapse?

Dr. Sara wants you to know that pain or discomfort anywhere in your pelvic floor is both not normal, AND easily fixable. The key is to learn and practice the ongoing ways to proactively take care of your pelvic floor so that leakage, prolapse, pain, or more does not occur as we age - it doesn't have to be scary, it just requires some focused attention - and you deserve to NOT be in pain. You deserve to live a life of comfort and ease, especially when it comes to regular body functions.

Find Dr Sara on Instagram @the.vagina.whisperer, and TikTok @thevagwhisperer and pre-order FLOORED and get 15% off with the code FLOORED15, and receive 30 FREE days of pelvic floor exercises. Also, visit her website to learn more about her work.
