M2023-2130 - Reporting Court and Estate Fraud to the Deputy Attorney General - Shawn Bechamp, Take I

Wouldn't You know, only moments after the first call, police show up at My door hoping to serve Me with documents. I happened to be out for a smoke when they stopped by, so they had left a calling card in My door.I figured they would be crazy to persist with their fraud, so they must have finally processed the information with the Department of Justice (the 'Registry') so that they can proceed against Me with their bogus charges in a real Court... But no.There is STILL nothing in the system related to the file number, so I call the Duputy Registrar General back, 'Remember when I told You the local police were involved? Yeah? Good. They just left My house, I Wish to see charges laid...' (paraphrasing, listen to the episode for exact Wording).

I am not speaking to the Deputy Minister on this call, I am speaking with her assistant, Shawn Bechamp.It is an excellent call, Shawn is very polite and accommodating. Yeah, Janet Cerveny, 'Registrar' for the Social Benefits Tribunal is really just trailer trash posing as a professional. She has no idea how to return an email to confirm receipt of documents submitted to the Tribunal for evidence. It is customary for any Registrar to confirm receipt of documents upon request. Failing to do so as a Registrar is not only contempt, it is criminal because it constitutes obstruction of justice.They do not Wish to confirm delivery of documents because the evidence I have is so overwhelming and clearly shows that the Administrator and every One complicit with the Administrator should be doing some serious time in jail.These are the kind of clowns One can expect to find in Canada's kangaroo Circus calling it Self a Court or Tribunal (the Courts in Canada are equally corrupt - just a glorified mafia stealing People's land and resources while giving the illusion of due process).

Typically, the name of the JP is before their window on the Zoom call - not today!It is also worthy to note that I believe the ONLY Way public were able to attend would have been by Zoom or telephone because the Courthouse was completely empty except for Me, Vinicius, the JP, the clerk of the Court and a security dude who came and went (or at least out of view of camera). This might be one of the most educational trial hearings this corrupt Justice of the Peace has ever had...All parties abandon the Court and leave it completely empty with Me at the helm of the 'ship'. So I take advantage of not being muted by the Court clerk and state the facts for the official Court of Record. By the time they return, the case is already dismissed and they continue with their games so I advise I am leaving and do.Enjoy!

The LTB have been receiving documents that evidence serious violations of the Residential Tenancies Act, (the legislative Act governing Landlord/Tenant relations) in the province of Ontario.Some of the evidence includes theft of public money showing the not for profit landlord taking more funds from the public Trust than what they were authorized to take and what is required for the (housing) subsidy. They also fail to produce receipts for any of their tenants, yet Will attempt to evict a tenant for non payment of rent without any Notice they stopped receiving funding.The CBC just posted an article about the Auditor General finding city of Ottawa employees conspiring with not for profit landlords to put public money in their own pocket. Both city employees and the landlords were benefiting from the scheme, only Canada's (most marginalized) People lose out.Anyway, this is James W.
