Episode 125: Today one of my clients Rachel shared a video of her nine-month-old who is now crawling. Nine months ago he was still in her belly about to be born. Nine months before that she didn’t know that she was pregnant. She desperately hoped that she was pregnant following second IVF transfer but she was in the two week wait I was yet to find out. In today’s episode I talk about how I was thinking around time IVF and pregnancy can get us locked in negative thought patterns that do not serve us and it actually creates stress and tension in our bodies.
