A DC federal judge could weigh in anytime now, on whether the President of the United States can bar members of the press, including CNN, from the White House. The Justice Department is facing a deadline tonight to answer CNN, MS NOW and Politico's lawsuit against the president, ahead of a hearing tomorrow regarding his media ban. President Trump said that while he believes his ban is warranted, the federal judge overseeing the lawsuit “probably will” rule in the media’s favor.
