Yep here is the reason, and its a good one. My daughter Molly will be a freshman in HS and she has started marching band. So she is super busy and wouldn't get to come see me much, if at all really. So I am back!

There are no biscuits and gravy offered at McDonalds in Alaska. You have been warned. When you overland across the US, where is the line that they decide biscuits and gravy shouldn't be offered?? We also talk about overland stuff.

Every year people get stuck on the beach in Kenai, Alaska dipnetting. It is a crazy way to catch tons of salmon, if you a resident for at least one year. It is only open for a few weeks in July so it gets crazy here. A mini van got stuck, along with several other vehicles.
