Hello everyone + welcome to or back to The Rundown with Jaz! This has been a highly anticipated episode, but worth the wait as I wanted to do it as soon as I had become an OFFICIAL MARATHON RUNNER! I am so proud of myself and really hope by sharing my running journey from in 2020 to struggling to run for 60 seconds to now in 2023 completing my first ever marathon!
