This episode is a continuation of minisode 606 from a few weeks ago, where I talked about doing the bare minimum when you’re feeling overwhelmed with life circumstances.  Since then, I’ve moved in and am slowly settling into a new place after leaving my marital home. Over the last several months I’ve been journaling– part of that is writing down the same five things every day that I’ve been focusing on as my goals. One of those goals was finding a house as I embark on this new chapter of my life. This week I have a coaching session episode for you! A friend and I recently were having a back and forth about love and relationships and our quest to learn and grow from them. I said to him, “All the men I’ve loved and cared about in my life have disappointed me and left me in some way or another. Family members included. Every one.”  My friend pushed back and said, “You may not like what I’m about to say, but I think that’s a limiting belief.”  Ugh.  And recently, I stumbled upon a listener question…Colleen M. asks, “How do we actually get rid of limiting beliefs?
