Discernment is a power tool.  We can be loving and open hearted AND, have a keen listening if someone is trustworthy. We can give the benefit of the doubt and rely on the Divine…. AND… we can  hear from a place of wisdom––so we protect what’s precious, collab with people who can rock with us, and just generally have more grace in our lives. My Friends… “Brain” and “mind” are not interchangeable terms. Your brain is the complex organ that controls thought, memory... every process that regulates your body. Your mind is the conduit of your CONSCIOUSNESS. We talk a lot about rewiring neural pathways in the brain for wellness––and that’s essential and powerful work. A question we all want the answer to: If we can’t rush the healing, how do we handle the pain? Learning to not push away my pain—the physical and emotional, has been one of my greatest-hardest-most luminous learnings.
