Dear listeners, sorry for the radio silence these past few months! The good news is we are back and continuing where we left off with Sidney Poitier films. Sidney Poitier died at the age of 94 on January 6th and was one of the most respected and admired actors and directors of the 20th century. In today's episode we will be talking about one of his most famous films, in which he won the Best Actor Oscar for in 1964 for Lilies of the Field.
