Frank and Eddie break down all of the action from the opening weekend of the 2024/25 Premier League season. Manchester City, Liverpool, Arsenal, and Spurs all got off to winning starts, but should Arsenal be concerned by their lacklustre display against Manchester United? The big stories of the weekend came from Newcastle United and Brentford, where Alexander Isak and Yoane Wissa are desperately trying to force moves. Plus, Joe Flacco and Daniel Jones are named starters for Week 1 of the NFL season, but should Browns and Colts fans be happy with those decisions? And Eddie has another parenting question.

For the first time in podcast history, Eddie is predicting that Liverpool will defend their title and be crowned Premier League Champions this season, but can Chelsea, Arsenal, and Manchester City throw up a serious challenge? The promoted sides look set to struggle again, but Leeds United may have enough to survive at the expense of Wolves or Brentford.
