It's 3 years to the day my mother passed away and I wanted to share tips on how I dealt with her passing. This is completely raw and unedited as I couldn't bring myself to listen to it back. I hope it will be somewhat comforting and helpful to those who maybe preparing for a loved one to pass or have lost a loved one themselves. People say that it gets easier with time, personally I feel like it's gotten harder. I want you to understand that healing is not linear, we all grieve in different ways, please be kind to yourself and others!
Thank you for taking the time to listen.
XOXO
Nicole
