208: Ch...ch...ch...ch...changes

Our (hopefully) exciting travels through all of the previous Doctors in print continues. Today, we put the Second Doctor in focus, as he returns to Vortis in Twilight of the Gods. We chat with author Christopher Bulis, and check out what the DWM review had to say at the time of publication.
