Is self-care on your to do list?  Perpetually?  Because it rarely makes it to the top?  This week we’re going to debunk some of the myths we have in our culture related to self-care.  We’re going to help get self-care into your EXPERIENCE and hopefully help you sidestep whatever junk or barrier you’ve had in your way.  Why?  Because 1. It’s good.  And 2. Because a highly functioning intuition IS connected to how well you care for yourself.  We’ll talk about all of this, and I’ll give you some easy ideas for starting, on this week’s Own Your Intuition show.
