I share a bit about my own journey from being all about cardio to realising how much my body (and mind!) needed Pilates and yoga, plus a little of the science behind why they work so well.
I’ll also chat about the differences between yoga and Pilates, the role of the breath in each, and how to get started even if you’re short on time, flexibility or confidence.
