This is an attachment styles 101 crash course where you can get an overview of this framework and how it affects your sex life. This is a research-supported framework to understand your relationship and attraction dynamics in a whole new light. It’s been life-changing for me, my friends, and my clients.

Having the well-developed emotional intelligence and the right relational tools will allow you to create the best context for an awesome sexuall connection. Knowing your attachment style, and ideally, knowing your partner’s too, is one of those tools. It’s an awareness of your internal wiring when it comes to connection and conflict, and understanding where this programming comes from and what it means for your love life today. Attachment styles affect the way we perceive ourselves as individuals and how we view romantic bonds. They predict how we approach and act in relationships by forming our underlying beliefs and assumptions about love, sex, and connection.
