In the Episode 26, Sreenag spoke with the great Indian sports photographer, VV Krishnan. This is an unedited segment from the full interview, where he describes in detail how he captured an iconic cricketing moment: Jonty Rhodes' famous "Superman" run-out. My guest today is arguably India's most prolific cricket photographer, VV Krishnan. Over a long and storied career, he has captured some of the most iconic cricketing and sporting moments, on behalf of The Hindu. The photograph that brought his name to my attention was the legendary "Superman" run-out by Jonty Rhodes in 1992.    It surprised me that there was very information out there about VV Krishnan and the prompted me to talk to him about how he got started with sports photography, what it takes to make it in the business and how he has now transitioned into being a photo editor for a major national newspaper.   - -   Click the button above to Subscribe and click on the bell to be notified about new episodes. The Chennai Photo Biennale has become one of the more important arts festivals in India and remains the only photography biennale in the country. The 2nd edition of the Biennale in 2019 expanded the scope of what was possible with excellent venues, international photographers and a series of skill building workshops.
