What did lockdown teach us?

Hello and welcome to the final episode of season one! This week we've been feeling pretty overwhelmed with life in general, it's easy to forget we have been living in a state of uncertainty for almost a year now and there are bound to be repercussions from this experience. With this in mind, this episode we talk about everything to do with self-care and self-growth. These are 2 concepts which are becoming increasingly important as we adapt to this new way of life.
