This week we've been feeling pretty overwhelmed with life in general, it's easy to forget we have been living in a state of uncertainty for almost a year now and there are bound to be repercussions from this experience. With this in mind, this episode we talk about everything to do with self-care and self-growth. These are 2 concepts which are becoming increasingly important as we adapt to this new way of life.
