David’s been settling in to a new exercise routine over the past few months, which he does with a personal trainer both in person and online. So he kicks off this episode by explaining to Joe what it exactly entails and demonstrating some of the moves - much to Joe’s amusement. Then later in the show they chat about getting good bodies (or not), eating regimes, Joe doing most of the cooking at home, how best to cook an omelet and the perfect recipe for meatballs - a la Wilkinson!
