7: Med How To Go Within - A Guided Meditation

Letting Go - Such a simple phrase yet so difficult to do. Well it is actually impossible to do as long as you think that which you are holding onto is benefitting you in some way. If it is seen that it isn't the hands open automatically. Thus letting go means coming to see things as they are.

Trauma is the psychological term but I think that Soul Disconnect is closer to the truth. "Trauma is a psychic wound that hardens you psychologically that then interferes with your ability to grow and develop. It pains you and now you’re acting out of pain. It induces fear and now you’re acting out of fear. So without knowing it, your whole life is regulated by fear and pain that you’re trying to escape from in various ways. Trauma is not what happens to you, it’s what happens inside you as a result of what happened to you." - Gabor MateGP takes that a step further and shows how we have become estranged from our true selves. This is the real trauma and the cause of all suffering.
