Meditation can be the simplest most natural thing to do. It is not that meditation is hard. It just requires from us a very different way of being then we are used to. We are trained to focus our attention outward almost constantly.

In this meditation we take the simplest route inward, using simple body awareness as the doorway to deeper experience.
