The winter had me in a #functionalfreeze that I am now slowly thawing myself from. I wanted to create a 'Short' to celebrate my growth and my truth, no matter how unfortunate or stagnant that time was. Lets face it, the feelings of being inspired are often in waves.. sometimes we are at its peak and sometimes we find ourselves at the bottom..  The last day of 2024 I talked about Releasing and Letting Go.. And What it feels like to enter new seasons of our lives having full acceptance of our abilities,  while releasing shame, the past, and our comfort zones. and As uncomfortable as it feels in the moment we have to develop gratitude for arriving to a point of friction so much that it changes us for the better..  the tough times.. force us into a vulnerability that we have to use as a jet fuel on the path to our desires.. [because the portal to every next level is through the parts of ourselves that we avoid.]Since December of 2024 Ive been  vulnerable,ive felt friction, and optimism for change but most importantly avoidantand if my intention is to be of service what good of a job would i be doing if i never talked about the Raw Honast truth and how ive gotten there..from december to now ive been going toe-to-toe with the biggest habit i need to release… the thing standing in the way of my creativity, my execution, and most imoportantly what kept me from being able to see my light. and that obstacle was … My phone…CHAPTERS:3:15 Feeding distraction as a form of self brtrayal and abandonment12:02 what techgnology means to me15:04:20. This process takes ALOT OF HONESTY.. . 'Releasing' and 'Letting Go' means that you have grown honest with yourself about what is no longer serving you.. building this connection with yourself may be a new challenge because when you discover what works it requires a flushing of physical or emotional storage space..that will better serve this new found outcome that is more in alignment with you.. In order for us to fully reap the benefits of development we have to exist in the darkness.. Scaricty is seeded in us most times at such a young age we faintly recognise it.. Do you have fond memories of your Grandparents pantry being full of expired ingredients or mischelanious items.. (that may be a 3d indication of a lack mindset) -if anyonw grew up in a family that was afraid of throwing food away… -how is your closet or drawer space? do you hang on to old articles of clothing linked to different sentimental times in your past?  (were you the younger sibling that always recieved the hand-me downs or never had “Back to school” shopping sessioins so everything had to last .. -Do you distance yourself from friends because you feel guilty about indulging in a time well spent maybe having a drink or a good dinner??  Do you feel guilty for enjoying yourself.. (yeah, you too Im talking to you) and there are so many more things.. and ways we guard ourselves from moving on, taking up spce or letting go.. aall of these things are signs that you may have a scarcity mindset. And i wanna say (hello, lets hug.. lets talk about it.. to get through it) Becaause if this is the thing that is keeping you from expanding or meeting your goals..financially changing your outcome..  I wanna be apart of turning anew leaf..
